The Placerville Arts Association meets monthly to grow in their knowledge and appreciation of all things ART.  Most months there is an artist that will demonstrate a particular technique of a media.  Artists can also share recent works of art that they have created.  A short business meeting is followed by refreshments. A good time by all.
