Women's Fund El Dorado's Annual Celebration

El Dorado County Fairgrounds, Placerville

October 3

Following remarks from keynote speaker Kim Tucker, executive director of the Impact Foundry, 250 attendees enjoyed a video tribute that spotlighted the programs three nonprofits were able to implement with recent WFED funding: a sheltered space for outdoor classroom learning (Master Gardeners of El Dorado County), defensible space for seniors (El Dorado County Fire Safe), and expanded student counseling services (Sierra School). To date, WFED’s over 400 members have awarded $666,000 to 67 nonprofit programs.
