Welcome to our 8th Annual LUNAFEST®! LUNAFEST® is a program of seven short films all by, for and about women. The films celebrate unique, touching and inspirational roles of women in local, national and international communities. Groups like ours host LUNAFEST® screening events annually all around the country!

Tickets are $20 General; $10 Students (Age 16+ advised). Beverages and food will be available for purchase along with our usual complementary desserts. We will also have some great raffle prizes and other opportunity drawings.

Bring your friends for an interesting social evening and unique thought-provoking films! It’s sponsored by LUNA®, so you will also receive a free LUNA® bar just for being there!

Though we like the convenience of the on-line tickets ( https://www.eventbrite.com/e/lunafest-cameron-park-ca-tickets-88587897787 ), they are also available locally at El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce Welcome Center at 2085 Vine Street in Town Center, Cameron Park Vitamins at 3342 Coach Lane in Cameron Park, and at the door on event night.

Funds raised this evening will support education, especially for women and girls, which includes our annual Live Your Dream Awards. These awards are for women who are the primary breadwinner in the family and are returning to school against steep odds. We also support high school and Folsom Lake scholarships, Tech Trek camp for girls, Odyssey of the Mind, Flying Samaritans, plus 3 Strands Global and other local agencies working to stop Human Trafficking in the Sacramento and El Dorado County areas. These projects provide our most important community impact.

At Intermission, monetary awards will be given to two of these worthy causes from funds we raised last year! Soroptimist International of Cameron Park/El Dorado Hills has volunteered in this community for over 39 years, making a difference in the lives of many women and girls.
